We have a wild rosebush at the corner of our yard. It's a messy photo as Steve hasn't been doing very well on mowing the hill . . .
This rosebush was just a tiny little thing a year or two ago. We decided to let it grow as I love all types of flowers.
A wild rosebush, to me, isn't a weed but a wonderful gift from God.
We can look at it as a lesson. It wasn't something we planned to have in our yard, but in its simplicity it gives us such joy and pleasure. And I love it just as much as I do my rosebush that I transplanted from my Goob's garden!
Oh, and the smell . . . . .
Steve planted some seeds we had leftover from years past . . .
We're not really sure what we have here as he didn't mark the ground . . .

Miss Mia was playing hard to get with Uncle Dave last night.
Steve's co-worker, Holly, has a little girl. She's kept all of her clothes. She finally decided it was time to get rid of some . . . therefore, we inherited a pile of shoes! Miss Mia won't need shoes now for years! How blessed are we to have such great friends and co-workers?
The photo does not show the true color of these flowers. They are a rich, dark purple. They are beautiful.
A white Rhododendron I stole from Mom's house - it never grew there. At my home, it's growing like mad.
This is one of my "accidents". Yes, most of my plants seem to be happy accidents. These two plants are supposed to be a dark burgundy - kinda like the one on the right. They were bought at the same time, had the same code, same name, and they look the same when not blooming. They were also right beside each other at the nursery.
