Menu Planning Monday

Okay, last week, I did do a menu plan, it just never made it on here (I was a total slacker, I'm sorry).

This week:

Monday - Baked Potatoes with fresh salsa topping and salads
Tuesday - Lasagna
Wednesday - Penne Spinach Bake
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Crock Pot Shepard's Pie

One Year

One year ago, I was able to watch my brother marry Michelle, my awesome (now) Sis-in-law. They had a beautiful ceremony and beautiful weather. It was a great day!

Meal Planning Monday

This week was a "Hurry Up!" menu as we were going grocery shopping and needed ideas RIGHT THEN. Steve was the one who "planned" most of the meals for the week as this is what he is hungry for!

Monday - Stuffed Peppers (Steve's speciality)
Tuesday - Ravioli
Wednesday - Fish n Fries
Thursday - Lasagna
Friday - Homemade Pizza

Sun Room Progress

It's not much, but we've made a little more progress. Today was a miserable day for working outside. It was cold and rainy. It never even made it to 70! The end of August and we're all in sweatshirts and jeans. How insane is that????
