When I was wrapping up work yesterday, my friend and partner in crime IM'd me and gave me some great news - she's pregnant! She found out by accident - and here, she's 9 1/2 weeks along. She, too, has period and fertility issues, although her issues are not caused by PCOS. Her little nina is going to be a big sister!
She's due on Black Friday - so she does miss out on the shopping.
I was a little down when I heard . . . . I want to be the one sharing this type of news. But - how can I not be excited for someone who wants children as much as I do????
Yippee!!!! Another baby!!!!!! I'm excited!!!!!!
Now, I just have to wait awhile for her to find out what she's having. A little girl for more princess-type clothing . . . or a little boy that we can put all those cute little puppy outfits on that we always see but can't buy because children's clothing manufacturers feel that only BOYS should wear puppy dogs????

Great Finds!
I admit to being beyond cheap. I bought sheets ON CLEARANCE at the springmaid outlet for my tablecloths at my wedding - and then I "repurposed" them into quilts for friends and family the next Christmas.
It goes without saying that I have YET to buy a single outfit for little Miss Mia. I haven't needed to do so - I had a great shower and great friends who gave me so many articles of clothing for her first year.
Unfortunately, the wealth of clothing is coming to an end. Miss Mia is going through a growth spurt and we are in need of clothing above 9 months. I didn't want to go buy clothes, I just have a hard, hard, hard time paying good money for a tiny piece of material.
Instead, I went to some yard sales this past weekend! I hit the jackpot! I found clothes from 12 months to 3T that I just had to buy! Pajamas and cute matchy matchy outfits - all brand name, to include Gap and Gymboree. The best part, nothing cost over $2.00. Now, I just need to hit some more yard sales and find a little tykes wagon (Seriously, I think it's more that Gramma wants to pull it than it being for Miss Mia) and a play house (yes, that's for me, but I promise, I'll share it!).

This Weekend . . .
It was also her first time on grass. The verdict is still out on whether or not she likes the feel of it under her feet.

Due to the incredible weather, I was able to be outside almost the entire weekend. Steve and I were able to get the front flower bed weeded. I was also able to split all of my day lilies. I did not know I had so many flowers that needed split! I cannot wait 'til later this summer when they're all in bloom!
We also got some new flowers ordered. HA! Like I really needed more!
