1 lb ground beef
8 oz jar salsa
2 cups Sweet Corn, thawed, drained
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 T taco seasoning or chili powder
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
Heat over to 350. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and taco seasoning. Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place on shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
