Those of you wanting a healthy recipe, please skip this entry. I have sinned and made a quick meal that Steve liked. There is no way to redeem this recipe. The only thing I could do was make certain we all ate salad with it . . . .
28 oz can baked beans
1 package hot dogs
1 package corn bread mix
Pour can of beans in 9 x 13 casserole dish which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Mix in sliced hot dogs (the thinner they are, the more likely each bite will have hot dogs in it). Make corn bread according to directions and pour over the top of beans and hot dog mixture. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes.
